Napoli Hillsborough is now Pizza Cornicione!

Pizza Cornicione is open in Downtown Hillsborough for curbside and pickup orders only. Our Neapolitan pizza is best right out of the oven.

Since we are unable to offer dine-in service right now, we are strongly recommending our par-cooked option. We will cook your pizza 90% of the way and leave it unsliced. You can add it to your preheated oven at home (Convect bake – 450F) for 4-5 minutes for the best and safest result.

What’s with the name?

The word cornicione (pronounced cor-ni-cio-ne) is the Italian word for the edge or rim of the pizza. The cornicione should be an airy, raised edge that’s crunchy on the outside and light and soft on the inside in a Neapolitan pizza.

How to place your order

You can place your order anytime on this page and schedule your order or the system will give you a time to pick up your order. To place your order over the phone, please call 919-245-8566 and we will take your payment over the phone and give you a pickup time.

Once you arrive, please park across the street and call us at 919-245-8566, open your trunk and we will place your order in your car. Thank you!
